Human Resource Support Intern
Job summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our human resources efforts, largely recruitment. This role is ideal for someone interested in gaining hands-on experience in talent acquisition, candidate sourcing, and recruitment operations.

Responsibilities:
- Support the recruitment lifecycle from job intake through onboarding by assisting with coordination, documentation, and candidate communication.
- Assist in reviewing job descriptions and aligning candidate profiles with role requirements and organizational culture.
- Screen resumes and support preliminary candidate assessments to identify qualified applicants.
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams to ensure smooth communication and timely follow-ups.
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates by sharing updates, responding to inquiries, and supporting a positive recruitment experience.
- Assist in preparing candidate shortlists by compiling relevant candidate profiles and screening insights.
- Support candidate interview preparation by providing role details and interview logistics.
- Assist with offer coordination and support onboarding preparation, including documentation and start date tracking.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment workflow updates within applicant tracking systems and internal databases.
- Assist with drafting and posting job advertisements across professional platforms to attract qualified candidates.
- Support candidate sourcing and outreach initiatives to help build and maintain talent pipelines.
- Assist with recruitment reporting by compiling hiring updates and candidate tracking data.
- Ensure confidentiality of candidate and client information while supporting recruitment documentation and workflow organization.
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must have completed a university degree
- Interest in HR, recruitment, or talent acquisition
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiar with using Google tools (Forms, Meet, Sheets, Docs)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Must have a laptop or access to one.
- Previous experience is required
