About the role
As the Mid-Level HR Specialist at Pharmarun, you will play a central role in creating and implementing HR policies that align with our organizational goals and promote a positive work environment. You will be responsible for overseeing employee relations and satisfaction initiatives, facilitating performance appraisals, managing rewards and sanctions, and ensuring a seamless payroll process. Your expertise in HR practices, communication skills, and attention to detail will contribute to fostering a productive and engaged workforce.
What do you need to be successful?
- Policy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and update HR policies, ensuring alignment with legal regulations and industry best practices. Communicate policy changes effectively to the workforce.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive relationships between employees and management. Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and provide guidance to maintain a healthy work environment.
- Employee Satisfaction: Develop strategies and initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction, engagement, and well-being. Organize events and programs that promote a positive workplace culture.
- Performance Appraisals: Coordinate and manage the performance appraisal process. Provide guidance to managers and employees on goal-setting, feedback, and development plans.
- Rewards and Sanctions: Administer reward and recognition programs to motivate and acknowledge employee contributions. Manage disciplinary processes and sanctions, ensuring fair and consistent application.
- Payroll Administration: Oversee accurate and timely payroll processing in collaboration with Finance. Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and manage payroll-related inquiries.
- Compliance: Stay informed about employment laws and regulations. Ensure HR practices, policies, and procedures are compliant and up-to-date.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files, performance evaluations, and payroll data. Use HR information systems to track and analyze HR metrics.

As PharmaRun’s Human Resource Specialist, you are pivotal in shaping the company’s HR policies, enhancing employee relations and satisfaction, managing appraisals and rewards, administering sanctions, and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing.
What should you have done in your career?
- Bachelor and #x27;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. HR certifications will be a plus.
- 2 years+ of experience as an HR Generalist, HR Officer, or in a similar mid-level HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, employee relations, and performance management.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact with employees at all levels.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive employee situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Experience in rewards and sanctions administration, as well as performance appraisal processes.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software for accurate data management.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to HR practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward HR challenges.
