Job summary
The Human Resource Officer is responsible for supporting and managing core HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, payroll coordination, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. This role ensures smooth HR operations while fostering a positive, productive, and compliant workplace environment.

Responsibilities:
- Manage full recruitment cycle (job posting, screening, interviewing, selection)
- Prepare offer letters and employment contracts
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accuracy
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in an HR role ( Minimum of 2 years of experience)
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of confidentiality and integrity
- Organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software systems
