Job Summary

The human capital officer will provide a variety of personnel-related administrative duties. The candidate will provide information and clerical support to the HC department and employees regarding human resources activities, policies, processes, and procedures.

  • Experience Length:1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the human capital functions and duties
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Capital executives
  • Compile and update employee records.
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.)
  • Coordinate human capital projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes.
  • Attend to employee requests regarding human resources issues (leave requests, pay slips, etc.)
  • Conduct initial orientation/onboarding to newly hired employees.


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic qualification of Bsc/HND in Accounting or Financial Related Field
  • Writing ICAN/ACCA will be an added advantage.
  • At least 1 year of accounting or relevant experience
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting and corporate finance principles and procedures
  • Excellent accounting software/excel user
  • Strong attention to detail and confidentiality


Remuneration: NGN 100,000 - 150,000
