Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point contact for all H.R-related queries
- Recruitment of all the right people to fill vacant positions
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Maintain employee records (attendance, KPIs, and so on)
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans
- Organize training, re-training, and staff development of new and existing employees
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Support the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Administration of staff leave and incentives
- Assume other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a reputable University.
- Minimum of 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources
- Full understanding of Human Resource functions and best practices.
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, and Excel)
- Added advantage if he/she has travel and aviation experience.
