Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes professionally.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Coordinate training, welfare, payroll updates, and staff appraisals.
- Partner with management on workforce planning, retention, and organisational culture.
- Foster a positive, professional, and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or corporate settings.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
- High integrity, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving ability.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
