Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee training programs.
- Manage employee relations and address workplace concerns.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Maintain HR records and performance management systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in HR management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.

Remuneration: NGN 300,000 - 500,000 Gross
