Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding.
- Performance Management: Developing and implementing performance appraisal systems.
- Training and Development
- Compensation and Benefits: Administering payroll, and benefits packages, and ensuring competitive compensation.
- Developing and implementing HR Policies and procedures in compliance with HR policies and employment laws.
- HR Administration including maintaining employee records and HR systems.
- Talent Management for employee retention and development.
- Workforce and succession planning.
- Supporting Organizational Change Management and Transitions.
Requirements:
- Ethical conduct and sound moral value system
- A bachelor's degree in Human resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5+ in HR supervisory or managerial role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong Interpersonal and Leadership Skills.
- Strong Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills
- HR Technology and Analytical Proficiency
