Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment activities such as posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Help organize training sessions and employee engagement activities
- Assist with payroll documentation and attendance tracking
- Respond to basic employee inquiries and direct them to the appropriate HR staff
- Prepare reports, presentations, and HR-related documents
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee information
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
