Human Resource Executive

Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staffing for catering events and operations. 
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies across all venues. 
• Maintain HRIS systems and manage employee records efficiently. 
• Develop and administer compensation structures and benefits packages. 
• Organise training sessions to enhance staff performance and support professional growth.

Requirements:

•  A bachelor's degree is generally required. Acceptable fields include Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience 
• A strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws is crucial. 
• Experience with HRIS software is a must. 
• Developing and administering compensation plans, managing benefits programs.
• Designing and delivering training programs, managing employee development initiatives. 
• Experience in the specific industry the company operates can be beneficial. 

Remuneration: NGN 180,000 - 200,000
