Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staffing for catering events and operations.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies across all venues.
- Maintain HRIS systems and manage employee records efficiently.
- Develop and administer compensation structures and benefits packages.
- Organise training sessions to enhance staff performance and support professional growth.
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree is generally required. Acceptable fields include Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience
- A strong understanding of federal, state, and local employment laws is crucial.
- Experience with HRIS software is a must.
- Developing and administering compensation plans, managing benefits programs.
- Designing and delivering training programs, managing employee development initiatives.
- Experience in the specific industry the company operates can be beneficial.
Remuneration: NGN 180,000 - 200,000
