Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring company culture is reflected throughout the employee lifecycle, enforcing the organisation’s culture and adherence to the company’s code of conduct and external policies; carrying out periodic surveys for improvement and staying up to date with information and best practices in Human Capital Management and Labour Law.
- Manage the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, reference checks, and onboarding.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, and HR events.
- Maintain and update employee databases regularly.
- Set-up, preparation, feedback and documentation of performance review exercises and appraisals, and employee development and annual training programs; conduct orientations, facilitate training programs as required that will improve employee productivity
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies.
- Support performance management and training initiatives.
- Handle employee relations and workplace conflict resolution.
- Conducting performance review, management and employee evaluations.
- Support payroll processing by ensuring employee records are accurate and up to date.
- Drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- • Manage employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive work environment.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of HR-related records (both hard and soft copies).
- Coordinate employee exit processes, including exit interviews and clearance documentation.
- Maintain the work structure by conducting job analysis and updating job requirements for all
- positions to meet the requirements of the unit and achieve the objective of the organisation
- Perform other role-related duties as may be assigned by the company.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a B.Sc. in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Minimum of 2-4 years’ relevant experience working in a generalist HR environment.
- Ability to maintain and handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Broad knowledge and experience in employment law and HC practices.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Diligent and firm with high ethical standards.
Remuneration: NGN 120,000
