Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and oversee payroll and benefits administration.
- Coordinate training and development programs.
- Enforce company policies and disciplinary procedures.
- Handle staff grievances, conflict resolution, and performance reviews.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Oversee general office administration, asset management, and facility maintenance.
- Manage vendor and service provider relationships for office supplies and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles, preferably in a structured organization.
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR practices.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
