The HR associate is expected to be knowledgeable about employment legislation and possess strategic and commercial insight into the labor process. He or she must be able to negotiate with diplomacy. He or she will be responsible for administrative tasks and you’ll contribute to making the company a better place to work.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the HR departments
- Support the development and implementation of fair initiatives and system
- Cover all legal compliance for human resources federal and state requirements
- Perform administrative tasks
- Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data, etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
- Implement performance review procedures (e.g. quarterly/annual and 360-degree evaluations)
- Ensure meticulous implementations of payroll and benefits administration
- Review and oversee procedures for employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health
- Prepare job descriptions, advertise vacant positions, and manage the employment process
- Other responsibilities may be assigned by the organization.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a relevant field
- M.Sc. ACIPM or other HR certification is an added advantage
- Prior recruitment and selection experience will serve as an advantage
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in the human resource field
- Knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)

- Work time: 9:00 AM -6:00 PM
- Work type: Hybrid

- Work Location: Head Office or any other assigned location
- Work Conditions: Sitting for long hours behind a computer screen
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 180,000
