Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resource Assistant to support our HR department in various administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, employee relations, payroll processing, record-keeping, and compliance with company policies. This role requires strong organizational skills, confidentiality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interview coordination, and onboarding of new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support payroll processing by collecting and verifying attendance, timesheets, and leave records.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Coordinate employee training, development programs, and performance evaluations.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide administrative support for HR-related matters.
- Organize and maintain HR files, databases, and documentation.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and wellness programs.
- Support the HR team in disciplinary procedures, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
- Prepare HR reports and assist in audits when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in an HR support role or similar administrative position.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software.
- High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Problem-solving mindset with strong decision-making abilities.
