Job summary
The Human Resources Officer will be responsible for supporting the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and administrative support, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with HR best practices.

Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support performance management and appraisal processes
- Handle employee relations issues and guide staff
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate training and development initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Support payroll administration and benefits management
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in an HR role
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and Nigerian labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM) is an added advantage
