Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the HR team across recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, performance management, and compliance.
- Act as a strategic HR advisor to leaders within the consulting practice.
- Implement and optimize HR policies, procedures, and systems tailored to a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
- Support learning and development initiatives to drive performance and growth.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics to recommend improvements.
- Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Champion a positive, inclusive, and high-performing company culture.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in the consulting or professional services industry is required.
- Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and talent management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven HR reporting is a plus.
