Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily HR operations and ensure alignment with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
  • Facilitate employee performance management processes to promote career development and succession planning.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance workplace morale.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of changes in legislation.
  • Handle employee relations issues, mediating conflicts and resolving workplace disputes effectively.
  • Conduct training and development programs to upskill employees and promote a culture of continuous learning.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an HR supervisory role, preferably within the logistics and supply chain sector.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws, labor relations, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport across all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of managing and developing a high-performing team.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
