- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport across all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of managing and developing a high-performing team.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, with strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making.
