Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating the selection and hiring of candidates.

Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a bachelor's degree in a related discipline
- Minimum of 1 - 2 years experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization.
- The ability to build positive relationships, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work effectively, and pay attention to detail when dealing with employee records and documentation.
