Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment and hiring processes.
- Manage employee relations and provide HR support.
- Handle payroll and benefits administration.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Organize training and development programs for staff.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain employee records and ensure all HR documentation is accurate and up to date
- Monitor employee performance and assist in conducting performance appraisals.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or in a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems).
- 3-4 Years of experience
Location: Asaba
Remuneration: NGN 250,000
