Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent sources.
- Act as a mediator and advisor in resolving employee relations issues.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
- Foster a positive work environment by promoting effective communication and conflict resolution.
- Develop and implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance.
- Provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans and goal-setting processes.
- Monitor and track employee performance and development.
- Identify training needs and coordinate the development of training programs.
- Facilitate training sessions on topics such as diversity and inclusion, leadership, and professional development.
- Support career development initiatives for employees.
- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, workplace safety standards, and other legal requirements.
- Stay informed about changes in employment laws and industry best practices.
- Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Communicate benefits information to employees and assist with enrollment processes.
- Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
- Organize company events, team-building activities, and recognition programs.
- Track and analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs.
- Generate regular reports on key HR indicators for management review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in human resources management.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) and MS Office.
