Human Resource Officer

• Responsible for the recruitment, training, entry, resignation, and employee relationship handling of workers.
  
• Compile and revise the company's relevant personnel rules and regulations.
• Maintain a good and harmonious working atmosphere.
• Responsible for the drafting, release, and file management of the company's internal documents.

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of an HND/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources related field.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in Human Resources Management in manufacturing companies.
• Working experience in Chinese-funded enterprises is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination, thinking analysis, problem-solving skills, and strong learning and writing skills.
• Familiar with Nigeria's national and local labor legal systems and personnel policies and regulations, and be able to formulate relevant personnel rules and regulations for enterprises in accordance with the law.
• Possess a wealth of experience in handling labor relations.
• Familiar with the content of each work module of human resource management, and have rich recruitment experience.
• Have a good professional attitude and sense of responsibility, practical, rigorous, responsible, and dedicated.
