Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
HR Management:
- Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training of professionals for the Staff Sharing Platform.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
- Manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment for all platform users and internal staff.
Operations Management:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Staff Sharing Platform, ensuring seamless service delivery to clients and professionals.
- Develop and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to achieve business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of operations.
Legal Compliance:
- Ensure the platform complies with all relevant labor laws, data protection regulations, and industry standards.
- Draft, review, and update contracts, agreements, and policies for professionals and clients using the platform.
- Provide legal guidance on HR and operational matters, mitigating risks and ensuring compliance.
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and execute the strategic vision for the Staff Sharing Platform in alignment with Nimbou Cloud’s overall goals.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to expand the platform’s reach and impact.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, professionals, and stakeholders.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of HR and operations professionals.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team.
Requirements:
