Job Summary

We seek a results-driven HR Manager with 5+ years’ experience to drive HR strategy and business growth. Partner with leadership to build a culture of accountability and innovation. Must understand labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices. Real estate experience is an added advantage.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company’s vision and culture. 
  • Oversee the full cycle of recruitment, onboarding, and talent development to ensure the right cultural and skill fit. 
  • Manage performance evaluations, KPIs, and accountability frameworks across all levels. 
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives that foster collaboration, respect, and continuous learning. 
  • Handle employee relations, conflict management, and disciplinary processes in compliance with labor laws. 
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date HR records and implement efficient HR systems and processes.
  • Advise management on HR best practices, workforce planning, and organizational development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • CIPM certification (mandatory) or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, with demonstrated expertise in managing HR functions, preferably within the real estate industry, and residing on the Island (Lagos State, Nigeria).
  • Exceptional managerial skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations. 
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software, tools, and MS Office Suite.
  • Solid understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR compliance
