Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company’s vision and culture.
- Oversee the full cycle of recruitment, onboarding, and talent development to ensure the right cultural and skill fit.
- Manage performance evaluations, KPIs, and accountability frameworks across all levels.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives that foster collaboration, respect, and continuous learning.
- Handle employee relations, conflict management, and disciplinary processes in compliance with labor laws.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date HR records and implement efficient HR systems and processes.
- Advise management on HR best practices, workforce planning, and organizational development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- CIPM certification (mandatory) or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, with demonstrated expertise in managing HR functions, preferably within the real estate industry, and residing on the Island (Lagos State, Nigeria).
- Exceptional managerial skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in HR software, tools, and MS Office Suite.
- Solid understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR compliance
