Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Ensure a positive and seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
Employee Relations & Compliance:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters.
- Mediate and resolve employee conflicts and grievances.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures.
Performance Management & Development:
- Develop and implement performance management systems to drive employee performance.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees and managers.
- Identify training and development needs and implement appropriate programs.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and equity.
- Conduct salary surveys and market research.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance.
HR Strategy & Planning:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with business objectives.

HR Administration & Systems:
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR data.
- Manage and optimize HRIS systems.
- Prepare HR reports and presentations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of progressive experience in HR management.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Relevant HR certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM-CP, PHR) are highly desirable.
