Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage the employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit.
- Onboard new staff on the company's communication and information sharing platforms
- Manage the HR function, including ensuring policies are well understood and implemented.
- Grievance management and implementation of applicable disciplinary measures
- Performance management (prepare JDs with line managers, measure performance periodically with managers/ appraisals)
- Coordinate payroll items for payroll preparation by Accounts
- Manage staff attendance
- Employee relations
- Coordinate ceremonies: trainings, induction and birthdays
- Drive employee training, manpower development and staff engagement
- Effectively manage staff records and time off using the ERP
- Prepare correspondence on behalf of the company in response to invitations, etc
- Other HR related tasks as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, humanities, business administration or law
- At least 6 years cognate/ hands-on experience in HR mgt in a fast-paced work environment
- Has 3 or more years of team/ people managerial/ supervisory experience
- Not less than 35 years old and not more than 48 years old
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Firm and assertive
- Quick thinker
- Good persuasion and negotiation skills
- Has good attention to detail
- Smart, can lead a team and coordinate processes and in-house events
- Ready to resume immediately or within a week.
