Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Identify and address HR challenges through research, data analysis, and problem-solving.
- Develop and recommend strategic HR solutions tailored to the specific needs of the organization.
- Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of personnel.
- Partner with other teams to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Evaluate and select HR technology solutions to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
- Establish control systems to ensure that the organizations comply with best practices and relevant labor regulations.
- Continuously monitor and review HR processes, recommending improvements and implementing changes.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest HR trends and best practices, sharing valuable insights with the organization.
- 1-2 years of experience in a generalist HR role
- Strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws, HR regulations, and best practices
- Proven ability to analyze data, identify root causes of HR issues, and develop effective solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience with recruitment, training, and performance management processes
- Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and other relevant software
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
