HR Officer

Responsibilities

• Identify and address HR challenges through research, data analysis, and problem-solving.
• Develop and recommend strategic HR solutions tailored to the specific needs of the organization.
• Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of personnel.
• Partner with other teams to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Evaluate and select HR technology solutions to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
• Establish control systems to ensure that the organizations comply with best practices and relevant labor regulations.
• Continuously monitor and review HR processes, recommending improvements and implementing changes.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest HR trends and best practices, sharing valuable insights with the organization.

• 1-2 years of experience in a generalist HR role
• Strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws, HR regulations, and best practices
• Proven ability to analyze data, identify root causes of HR issues, and develop effective solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Experience with recruitment, training, and performance management processes
• Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and other relevant software
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
