HR Generalist
Job summary
The HR Generalist will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, and supporting workforce management across the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
- Administer employee records and maintain accurate HR documentation
- Prepare HR reports monthly and as required by management
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals, confirmation and disciplinary actions
- Handle employee relations issues and provide appropriate resolutions
- Draft yearly training calendar, coordinate training and development initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Manage employee onboarding, confirmations, and exit processes (including clearance documentation)
- Support management with HR policies, strategy, structure, and process improvements
- Support the HR team in preparing for internal and external audits
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an HR Generalist role
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
- Experience in recruitment and employee lifecycle management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong organizational and documentation skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
