Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment & Staffing: Coordinate the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and assisting in the selection of candidates. Manage onboarding procedures for new hires, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed. Collaborate with department heads to determine staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees for HR-related queries and concerns. Mediate employee conflicts and address grievances in a timely and professional manner. Foster a positive working environment and promote employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Performance Management: Assist in the development and implementation of performance appraisal systems. Monitor employee performance, providing feedback to managers and supporting improvement plans. Help coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Administer payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries and benefits. Maintain records of employee benefits (health insurance, paid leave, etc.) and assist in their management. Ensure compliance with compensation policies and industry standards.
  • Compliance & Policies: Ensure that HR policies and procedures are in compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Assist in the development and enforcement of company policies, procedures, and code of conduct. Keep up-to-date with changes in labor laws and ensure company practices remain compliant.
  • Training & Development: Identify employee training needs in collaboration with team leaders and department heads. Organize training sessions and workshops for employee development and skill enhancement. Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
  • Employee Records & HR Documentation: Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, performance reviews, and attendance. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection laws regarding employee records. Prepare HR reports as needed (attendance, turnover, training, etc.).
  • Exit Management: Oversee the exit process for employees leaving the organization, including conducting exit interviews. Ensure proper offboarding procedures are followed, including the return of company property and documentation.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role.
  • Knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Empathy and strong interpersonal skills for building relationships with employees.


Working Conditions:

  • Typically office-based with regular working hours.
  • May involve occasional travel for recruitment or training activities.
