Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Drive employee engagement, culture development, and learning initiatives.
- Maintain up-to-date HR records and oversee payroll and benefits administration.
- Support strategic planning and execution of business initiatives across departments.
- Monitor operational processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.
- Collaborate with leadership to manage budgets, vendor relationships, and reporting.
- Lead or support cross-functional projects and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in HR and/or business operations.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and business strategy.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools; project management experience is a plus.
