Job summary
The HR Assistant will support the Human Resources function by ensuring efficient execution of HR processes, including recruitment, onboarding, staff management, and compliance, particularly for workforce deployment across hospitality, Oil & Gas, and maritime operations.

Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
- Assist in workforce planning and staff deployment across projects
- Support payroll administration and attendance tracking
- Assist in coordinating training and development programs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
- Handle employee inquiries and support day-to-day HR operations
- Assist with performance management processes
- Provide administrative support to the HR department
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices
- Experience supporting recruitment and staff coordination
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- High level of confidentiality and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-industry environment
