The successful candidate will assist in recruitment coordination, employee documentation, record management, and day-to-day HR administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
- Support recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication.
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation accurately.
- Assist in onboarding and employee documentation processes.
- Provide administrative support for HR operations and internal communications.
- Ensure proper filing and confidentiality of employee and organizational records.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND / BSc in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Human Resources or administrative role.
- Must be a resident within Abuja (FCT).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Passionate about building a career in Human Resources.
Renumeration: NGN 100,000 monthly
