- HR Strategy & Compliance: Develop HR policies and practices that comply with local regulations and support business objectives.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and ethical HR practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in human resources management.
- Proven track record of managing and leading teams in a professional environment.
- Strong expertise in recruitment, training, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to drive organizational change and improve staff efficiency.
- Proficient in HR software and tools for managing workflows and data analysis.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
