Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant to join our restaurant and winery organization. The HR Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources department by handling administrative tasks, assisting with recruitment, and ensuring smooth HR operations within our dynamic industry.

  • Minimum Qualification: OND
  • Experience Level: Entry level
  • Experience Length: 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Assist employees with inquiries regarding benefits packages, enrollments, and changes.
  • Help ensure that benefit programs run smoothly.
  • Assist in communicating and enforcing HR policies and procedures, promoting a positive and compliant work environment.
  • Address routine employee inquiries and provide support for conflict resolution.
  • Escalate complex issues to HR management as needed.
  • Coordinate training sessions and programs for employees, tracking attendance and ensuring training compliance.
  • Assist in preparing HR-related documents, including employment contracts, offer letters, and termination paperwork.
  • Generate HR-related reports and analytics as needed, providing insights to support decision-making.


Requirements:

  • Minimum academic OND/HND/BSc Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience 
  • Basic understanding of HR principles, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Enthusiastic team player with a passion for the hospitality industry.

Renumeration: NGN 50,000-80,000 Monthly
