Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and performance files.
- Support leave management, and employee benefits coordination.
- Coordinate employee training programs and track development records.
- Address employee concerns and facilitate effective workplace communication.
- Manage office correspondence, emails, memos, and official documents.
- Organise meetings, manage calendars and handle travel arrangements for staff and executives.
- Prepare reports, take meeting minutes, and ensure accurate documentation of communications.
- Handle confidential HR and administrative documents with discretion and accuracy.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience
- BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
