Job Summary

The HR & Administrative Officer plays a dual role, combining human resource functions with administrative and clerical support. This position is responsible for supporting HR processes, while also managing day-to-day office tasks.

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree

  • Working Hours : Full Time

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and performance files.
  • Support leave management, and employee benefits coordination.
  • Coordinate employee training programs and track development records.
  • Address employee concerns and facilitate effective workplace communication.
  • Manage office correspondence, emails, memos, and official documents.
  • Organise meetings, manage calendars and handle travel arrangements for staff and executives.
  • Prepare reports, take meeting minutes, and ensure accurate documentation of communications.
  • Handle confidential HR and administrative documents with discretion and accuracy.


Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience
  • BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
