Job Description/Requirements
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in filling vacancies (HealthCare) with at least 1 year of Lead recruiter experience (HealthCare) in USA
- Advanced written and spoken English;
- Knowledge of how to organize the workflow on your own;
- Ability to conduct a qualitative assessment of a candidate, use various methods and types of interviews;
- Able to write simple but catchy texts;
- Results-oriented and focused, despite any external issues;
- Easily getting along with strangers;
- Desire to earn a lot and grow professionally;
- Love to learn and share knowledge with others;
- Great at multitasking.
Responsibilities:
- Hiring new recruiters
- Control over the work of recruiters
- Training of new personnel
