Job Summary
The head of human resources department is in charge of all human resources policy activities and the entire human element of the company. The Head, human resource department is a member of the company management committee and a line manager.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Initiate the process for recruitment exercise
- Owns the interviewing process either internal or with consultants
- Recommendation for consideration of staff hire and all the necessarydocumentations
- Pre-employment medicals
- Recommendation for reward and discipline
- All sorts of staff vacation, casual, annual etc.
- Medical facilities for staff including HMO matters
- Staff confirmation (Rejection) matters
- Coordination of annual staff appraisal, promotion, salary increment, bonuses, incentives etc.
- Staff pension and retirement savings account matters
- Visitation to staff and customers on bereavements, births, marriages, child dedications etc.
- Any other matters as maybe assigned by the general manager from time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of B.Sc. Business Administration or B.Sc. Industrial Relations and Personnel Management (IRPM)
- MBA (Major in Human Resources)
- Fellow or Associate membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management
- 5 - 8 years relevant experience.
Remuneration: This is negotiable in accordance with qualification and experience.
