Responsibilities:
- Identify, source, and attract qualified candidates through online channels,networking, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ suitability for roles.
- Match candidates to client requirements and ensure timely submission of profiles.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Requirements::
- Minimum of an HND qualification
- Minimum of 1- 2 years of experience in recruitment, HR or talent sourcing.
- Strong knowledge of online sourcing tools like LinkedIn, Jobberman, Indeed, etc
- Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
- A laptop and a reliable internet connection.
