Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Oversee the end-to-end hiring process to attract top talent, particularly for sales-driven roles.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance evaluation systems to ensure staff meet organisational targets.
- Staff Development: Lead training initiatives and professional development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- HR Strategy: Align HR practices with the company's growth objectives in a target-based environment.
- Employee Relations: Manage staff welfare, grievances, and overall organisational culture.
Requirements:
- Education: OND/HND in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Certification: Must hold a Professional certificate from CIPM (Nigeria).
- Experience: 1–3+ years of relevant HR experience.
- Industry Knowledge: Previous experience working in a Sales Driven & Target Based Environment.
- Location: Candidates must be living within the Ikorodu Garage area.
Location: Ikorodu Garage, Lagos (Physical)
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 Monthly
Work Schedule: 6 Working Days (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
