Human Resource (HR) Manager
Job summary
The Human Resource Manager is responsible for the strategic and operational management of the organization’s human capital. The role oversees workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, employee relations, learning and development, policy compliance, and organizational culture. The HR Manager acts as a strategic partner to leadership while ensuring legal compliance, operational efficiency, and employee productivity across all departments and subsidiaries.

- Develop, implement, and continually review HR strategies, policies, and procedures that align with business objectives.
- Lead manpower planning, recruitment, selection, onboarding, and workforce optimization.
- Design and manage performance management systems, including KPIs, appraisals, and performance improvement plans.
- Oversee employee relations, disciplinary processes, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure full compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and internal governance standards.
- Manage learning, training, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives.
- Oversee compensation structures, benefits administration, and payroll coordination with finance.
- Drive employee engagement, organizational culture, ethics, and behavioral standards.
- Support organizational change management, restructuring, and expansion initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and dashboards for executive decision-making.
- Advise management on workforce risks, talent gaps, and employee welfare matters.
- Monitor HR KPIs, audit outcomes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree/HND, in any relevant field
- 3 years of work experience.
- Basic knowledge of job-related tools, systems, or processes.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and adapt to new tasks.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office or relevant software.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and professionalism.
