We are seeking dynamic, highly skilled Facilitators based in Kaduna to deliver high-impact training sessions.

Important Distinction: We are not looking for traditional teachers or lecturers. We are looking for true facilitators who understand how to guide conversations, unlock adult insights, and manage energy in a room.Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Provided Content: Master the pre-packaged curriculum and deliver it seamlessly within a strict 2.5-hour window.
• Drive Engagement: Use adult learning principles to foster interactive discussions, manage group dynamics, and ensure maximum participation.
• Contextualize Material: Bring the provided content to life with real-world context, active questioning, and practical insights.

Required Profile & Skills

• Subject Matter Command: You must demonstrate absolute confidence and deep familiarity with the core subject matter (you will be tested during the interview).
• Adult Learning Expertise (Andragogy): Proven experience moving away from the "sage on the stage" model. You know how to leverage the existing experiences of an adult audience rather than just talking at them.
• Flawless Communication: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, and time-management skills.
• Local Presence: Must be based in or able to easily commute to the training venue in Kaduna.
