Zero idle drivers on payroll Reconciliation of trucks and drivers on payroll monthly Reconciliation of non-operational truck and drivers Keeps updated records of current staff and drivers. Responsible for the follow up on driver and staff welfare in terms of salary/waybill payment. Works in conjunction with central admin to ensure all official documents are properly filed. Monthly payroll confirmation of drivers and staff working with their unitsCore EP Skills Required:
The incumbent must be skilled in the following EP competence areas: -
5-10 Years working experience in Human resources Bsc/HND in Management or related discipline, MSc is an added advantage Proficient in MS Office package Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen Ability to build rapport with employees and Management.
