- Achieve the monthly sales & revenue goals: of the company through the deployment of effective tactics and aggressive follow-ups e.g leads generation, cold sales, field sales, cross-sell, sales pitches, use of referrals, follow-ups, etc.
- Strategic business development: involving research & intelligence, market analysis & profiling, planning & budgeting, as well as progress monitoring in the management of targeted sales objectives.
- Marketing communications support- involved in the creation of concepts & programmes to promote the product for market acceptance.
- The candidate must have basic skills & experience in social media marketing.
- The candidate should preferably be a female not more than 30 years.
- At least OND in Marketing, or Business Admin or other related disciplines.
- At least 1yr experience (some of which will be within a start-up environment) will be primarily responsible for generating revenue through selling our products & services.
The successful candidate must:
- Prove that S/he has worked with a sales target and performance commission
- Must have a track record of achieving sales targets
- Good driving skills and good knowledge of Lagos roads may be an advantage for the preferred candidate
Salary Expectations: For a start, prior to confirmation N40,000 – N50,000 monthly net take-home plus 5% performance commission.
