Responsibilities:

Operational Responsibilities:

• Enquiry Taking
• Enquiry FLU
• FLU on way forward
• IVF Call Centre FLU
• Front Desk Duties (Surulere)

Strategic Responsibilities:

• Coordinate all activities relating to the MD Facebook live monthly program.
• Coordinate and get approvals for creatives forwarded to the Agencies and staff.
• Ensure that a cordial relationship is maintained with doctors and their hospitals and also ensure Doctor’s get paid appropriately and timely.
• Invest in learning and growth, making it a priority to improve employee competences, promote use of technology and motivate employees to be accountable individuals standing up for integrity.

Requirements:

• HND (minimum of Upper Credit) or BSc. (minimum of 2 nd Class Lower) in any Social Science or Supply Chain field
• Minimum of 3 years’ relevant work experience

Technical Competencies:

• Proficient in Healthcare processes.
• Excellent knowledge in marketing.

Remuneration: NGN 1.2m to 1.8m per annum (Gross)
