Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a wide range of authentic Chinese dishes.
- Develop and maintain high-quality food presentation and taste.
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and hygiene standards are maintained.
- Monitor inventory levels and recommend kitchen supplies when needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
- Ensure meals are prepared and served on time.
- Comply with all health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Chinese chef.
- Strong knowledge of authentic Chinese cuisine and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to food quality.
- Culinary certification is an added advantage.
Location: Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 230,000 Monthly
