Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan menus and oversee kitchen operations
- Manage kitchen inventory and supervise the cook/kitchen staff
- Ensure quality control and consistency in food preparation
- Prepare and cook meals as directed by the Chef
- Assist with food prep, portioning, and kitchen cleanliness
- Support in stock and inventory checks
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of proven cooking experience
- Strong knowledge of local and continental dishes
- Good hygiene and food safety practices
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 - 250,000
