Job summary
TITA is recruiting on for a multinational media company based in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria, for the position of Chief of Staff. The Chief of Staff will work closely with the executive leadership of C54 News to coordinate strategic priorities, oversee key initiatives, support executive decision-making, manage high-level engagements.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinating major company projects, initiatives, and executive assignments.
- Monitoring deadlines, deliverables, decisions, and action points across departments.
- Preparing executive reports, presentations, briefs, correspondence, and meeting materials.
- Coordinating executive meetings, appointments, events, and engagements.
- Serving as a liaison between executive leadership, employees, partners, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Supporting local and international partnerships, business development activities, and expansion initiatives.
- Coordinating executive travel arrangements and international engagements.
- Following up on management decisions to ensure timely implementation.
- Representing the executive office in meetings and engagements when required.Handling confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion.
- Supporting internal communication and coordination across teams.
- Identifying operational gaps and recommending practical solutions to improve efficiency.
- Providing support on special projects and other executive-level assignments as required
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- 2years of experience in executive support, strategy, operations, project management, coordination, or a leadership-related role is preferred.
- Previous experience as a Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, Strategy Officer, Operations Manager, Project Manager, or similar role will be an advantage.
- Experience within media, communications, technology, consulting, corporate services, or a multinational organization is desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, International Relations, Media, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Nigeria and internationally.
- Possession of a valid international passport or ability to obtain one.
- Availability for an in-person interview in Abuja if shortlisted.
- Flexibility to work outside standard business hours when necessary due to executive engagements and international travel.
