Responsibilities:
- Reports creatively in a highly collaborative and team-oriented manner with the aim of winning new business as well as managing the strategic marketing development for some of the most recognized companies.
- Responsible for helping to build and grow awareness of the company's image by acting as an outward-facing thought leader.
- Identify potential deals and develop the tactics and teams needed to bring them to fruition.

- Develop, manage, and evaluate stakeholder engagement strategies/plans to be in line with the company's sales, marketing, and communications strategy.
- Understand general knowledge of business, business drivers, and key performance indicators to support business decision-making, problem-solving, prioritization, and business-related analysis.
- Scan the internal and external environment of the company's businesses and identify opportunities that are critical to growth and sustainability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, strategy, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in strategy development and execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience with data analytics and market research.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with industry trends and best practices.
