Job summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef (local or continental cuisine) to join our restaurant team in Shomolu. The ideal candidate should be experienced in preparing either delicious Nigerian local dishes or continental meals while maintaining high standards of taste, hygiene, and food presentation.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to restaurant recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure food is served promptly and consistently.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times.
- Monitor food inventory and report stock shortages.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a chef in a restaurant or similar establishment.
- Strong knowledge of either Nigerian local cuisine or continental cuisine.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good time management and organizational skills

Remuneration:
- NGN 120,000 – Chef specializing in Local Meals (Jollof Rice, Pepper Soup, Native Dishes, etc.)
- NGN 150,000 – Chef specializing in Continental Cuisine (Penne Pasta, Stir-fry, Grilled Dishes, Salads, etc.)
