Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare espresso-based coffee, tea, and other approved hot and cold beverages.
- Adjust coffee preparation within approved standards and maintain consistent recipes and presentation.
- Clean coffee equipment and report faults, supplies needed, and maintenance issues.
- Support cocktails, mocktails and general bar orders after completing the relevant training.
- Use the POS accurately and coordinate drink service with the floor team.
- Record beverage ingredients, milk usage, wastage, and stock movements, and maintain hygiene.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of SSCE
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
