Responsibilities:

Coordinate and supervise all vehicle recovery and repossession activities.
Monitor overdue and defaulting vehicle accounts for prompt action.
Coordinate field recovery teams for safe and efficient asset retrieval.
Ensure recovered vehicles are properly documented and secured.
Monitor GPS tracking systems for financed vehicles.
Investigate vehicle movement anomalies and suspicious activities.
Collaborate with tracking vendors to disable or locate vehicles when necessary.
Develop preventive measures to reduce vehicle loss and theft.
Liaise with insurance companies on accident claims and recovery support.
Work with legal and compliance teams during escalated recovery cases.
Maintain professional communication with customers during recovery processes.
Supervise and evaluate recovery team performance.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recovery performance reports.
Train and mentor recovery officers on operational procedures and negotiation techniques.
Ensure all recovery activities comply with company policy and legal requirements.
Maintain accurate records of recovery activities and asset status.
Identify operational risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
